Outlines
This system is an integrated device which is composed of YVP series variable frequency motor and intelligent variable frequency system. It is a high efficiency and energy-saving product developed by our company for coal-bed gas. It has two types: with encoder and without encoder.
This system has two running modes: frequency conversion and power frequency. If it breaks down under frequency conversion, the system can automatically exchange to work under power frequency to avoid effecting motor running because of frequency conversion system fault. It has protection functions of over-torque, over voltage, over current and lack of phase.
Performance characteristics
1.Mating with speed regulation device, YVP series variable frequency adjustable speed motor constitutes an AC frequency converting step less speed regulation system which is vector controlled. It operates with constant torque frequency converting speed changing in frequency range 1~50Hz and operates with constant power frequency converting speed changing in frequency range 50~100Hz. It runs stably, no torque pulsation phenomenon and has advantages of large starting torque, low starting current.
2.When the YVP series variable frequency adjustable speed motor is assembled with encoder, YVP series variable frequency motor constitutes a loop control to well meet controlling requirement of speed, location, torque. It controls with high accuracy and always guarantees the whole system to be high efficiency and energy saving. At the same time, it can replace general servo control.
